  I bought an appliance online and picked it up here. Smooth and easy.
  
  I thought I'd buy some perfume while in the store, but, while there were lots of testers, they weren't marked! The maker's labels had been (laboriously no doubt) removed and replaced by dirty white stickers with writing...code?...in sloppy Sharpie smeared on. Perhaps so the customer would have to talk to the salesperson? Weird, especially since no salesperson was available. Unusual for top tier perfumes to be marketed in a third world ambiance. The word 'mean-spirited' occurs. Actually testers show generousity and it's a shame the gesture sank into squalor.
  
  So I left the store and can't tell you any more about it. I'm giving it a 3 because the pick-up desk was courteous and efficient, and maybe I hit the perfume counter on a bad day.
