  I was the last customer and I waited for an hour, when it's my turn the lady told me she has to take her break and just to wait for the the other lady who was still very busy with other customer ..and this is like almost 8:30pm...when all I need is a trim on my bangs, in some places it will only take them less than 5 mins.. she told me sorry I can't squeeze you in. I totally understand that she has to take her lunch break but it would be nice If she let me Know. I never had a good experience with super cuts.. this is my second time .. I would like to give it a shot but it's a failure....
